Suggest Treatment For Headache,back Pain And Stomach Ache

hi my girl friend hav a problem ,she crys evry day becouse of it and already went 2 a doctor but the doctor didnt solv anything,i think she havs chronical pain by wath a friend of mine in medical school told me but i want 2 know if thats really it her symptoms are:
(head ache,back pain,stomach ache,and black marks on soem parts of the body)
i ask if u know the problem and the cure.
