Suggest Treatment For Headache,blurred Vision, Nausea And Vomiting

I feel very tired and weak 95% of my day, I also have muscle spasms daily (both lower extremities) severe headaches daily (right frontal lobe area pain scale 9/10), blurred vision, nausea with a few vomiting episodes, burning itchy dry rash (neck and shoulder area) episodes of forgetfulness and confusion. thank you, Mhenderson

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of headache, blurred vision, nausea and vomiting. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query acute stress , high blood pressure , diabetes, type 2 , excessive caffeine use , stroke and transient ischemic attack. Need not to worry. Take diet rich in multivitamins. drink plenty of fluids. I would suggest you to consult general physician for proper examination. Doctor may check vitals , order ECG , TMT and complete blood profile . Doctor may prescribe calcium channel blockers along with blood thinners and diuretics.
