Suggest Treatment For Headache,dizziness And Stomach Ache

MY SON IS 9 YEARS OLD WEIGHS 62 POUNDS. HE HAS BEEN COMPLAINING OF BAD HEADACHE, DIZZINESS, AND STOMACH ACHE. I CHECKED FOR A FEVER AND HIS TEMP WAS 96.2. I WAS WONDERING IF THIS WAS NORMAL TEMP FOR HIS AGE AND WONDERING WHAT MAY BE WRONG. THANKS SO MUCH

I am so sorry to hear about what your son is experiencing. These symptoms are very non specific and may be caused by a flu. There is nothing special that needs to be done at this time. His temperature is also normal. Unless something else comes up, these symptoms would slowly regress and you should not need any further medical intervention.

please check out for the temperature once again,he looks hypothermic
check for his blood pressure,heart rate,hydration states,ENT examination with an ultrasound abdomen.
Evaluation with the PAEDIATRICIAN is the best thing

Well come to HCM
The bad digestion function, colicky abdominal pain would be the likely causes of his symptoms, if I would doctor of this case then I would treat this case with Tab Dicylomine with Acetaminophen three times in day, in syrup base 10 ml hope this information helps.( Common:- In pediatric age group the most common complaints are GI disturbances that seldom need any treatments)
