Hi,

Concussion headache takes time to recover from few weeks to few months. Please get it done MRI brain or CT brain to confirm it. You may use anti-edema measure like Mannitol or steroids. For pain use Tramadol or Paracetamol or Morphine tablet.

If symptoms not improved please consult your neurophysician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
