Suggest Treatment For Headaches After Waking Up

Hi I have been waking up with headaches for several weeks now or get them half way through the day. I eat and drink plenty of water also. The last few days however whenever I go for my walks, I feel like I am drunk and off balance, or when I walk up stairs I feel like I might fall backwards. I went to a walk in clinic a few days ago and was prescribed some Teva-Naproxen which has helped my headaches. I just don t know why I m feeling off balance (no dizziness though) and like I am going to fall over. Any thoughts or suggestions?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, important information is missing here and that is your age and gender in absence of this nothing can be said in specific, still vestibular dysfunction need to be ruled out, some time this could be due to endocrine dysfunction, functional in origin, hope this information helps, take care have a nice day.
