Suggest Treatment For Headaches And Body Pain With Chills
hi doctor, yesturday i woke up with alittle bit of running nose and my throat was hurti g when i swallow water or any other liquid, today i woke up with the same things but my head hurts now and i got the chills and my whole body feels tired , what can i do to stop this , and should i shower with cold or hot water? I also have a air conditioner in my room what tempature should i leave it on , i usually have it on 22 degrees

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having viral infection giving rise fever, chills, generalized body ache and malaise.
Take analgesic like ibuprofen and some decongestant medicine.
Take rest and take plenty of water.
You can take shower with normal water.
You can use air conditioner with 24- 26 degree temperature.
Do salt water gargles.
Ok and take care.
