Suggest Treatment For Headaches And Dizziness
I was diagnosed with Chiari type 1 and had my decompression surgery a year ago. I still am having daily headaches, dizziness, and over active nerves. I recently came across a product called migraine stop that consists of mostly magnesium bonded with B6 and zinc to allow the magnesium to pass the blood brain barrier. Any thoughts on the benifits of this? I am also concerned about magnesium overdosing

Your symptoms seem to be related to a migraine. I would recommend using anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen three times a day. I also recommend using the supplement to relieve the muscles.
