Suggest Treatment For Headaches And Neck Pain After I Hit My Head And Neck In A Minor Car Accident Three Days Ago

About 3 days ago, I was getting in the car and my bf accidentally started moving the car and suddenly stopped fast and I didn t have the chance to get my seatbelt on, and my body just moved fast forward and I hit my head on the dash in the front and then on the left side of my head on the rear view mirror. I felt really weird in the head and the back of my neck and ever since I ve been having a constant headache that doesn t go away and neck pain. It seems better when I wake up but throughout the day it gets worse. I keep waiting it out hoping it gets better, but I just need to know if it will go away or if I should go to a doctor.
