Suggest Treatment For Headaches And Nose Bleeds In A 10 Year Old Child
I have been watching my 10 yr old very carefully he does not pick his nose,I keep him cool but he still waking up with nose bleeds an through out the day this is day two,an some times he gets headaches to where he is crying but his nose bleed an headaches don t occur on the same day

It may be due to a dry nose.
For that, you can apply nasal saline drops locally.
Avoid hot and humid environment.
Avoid nose picking and forceful nose blowing.
Alternatively, you can use aloe Vera gel locally.
During bleeding pinch your nose firmly for 10 minutes.
