Suggest Treatment For Headaches And Painful Lumps On Head

I have had head aches on and off for a month in a half, now I have painful lumps on top of my head as of 2 days ago, with server pain, I am fatigued and change in moods very quickly as well . been on nausea medications unable to eat , only very small bland foods at this time and protonix for GI issues yet to be resolved since 11/09/14, also I deal with numbness in hands , arms and legs. with a pounding sound that comes and goes in my left ear comes on sudden last half hour totally random. Just recently found out I have pancreatitis, Hypotension,Intractible TX. and now this is something new just flaired up. should I be concerned.? Will have to get back to this tomorrow, due to I am unable to pay today, however tomorrow yes I can.

I understand your concern.
Your low appetite , fatigue , gastrointestinal problems are probably due to pancreatitis. Headache , mood disorders , numbness in hands, arms and legs are other clinical features associated with pancreatitis.
Painful lumps , associated with headache and the pounding sound only in your left ear are concerning symptoms.
I think you should see a doctor and have a physical examination. The painful lumps on your head show inflammation . Further examination are needed to establish the cause, an infection probably affecting not only our pancreas , but also other parts of your body.
