Suggest Treatment For Headaches And Persistent Vomiting

My adult daughter who is from out of town is visiting me. She has a bad headache and has vomited three times. Once after some coffee, once after tea and the last time after v8 juice. She can t eat anything right now, but I thought if her headache was better she would feel better. I am going to give her a little ginger ale and wondered if there was a suppository that might help the pain...something that is not narcotic.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You can try to give her anti-inflammatory drugs such as Advil or naproxen or even ketoprofen. Also, give her ginger tea for nausea.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
