Suggest Treatment For Headaches And Pressure In Ears And Neck Due To Sinusitis

Hi Dr. Bhargava, my MRI Scan showed I have extensive Sinus disease,especially in the right mastoid. I have really badcrushing headaches and I am sick all day when they occur? I feel pressure behind my right ear and down my neck. When I swallow it feels like there is a lump in right side of my throat and my glands swell to size of a golf ball. Can you advise me please?
