Suggest Treatment For Headaches And Productive Coughs

I had allgeries and sinuses for awhile ,then I got headaches for a couple of days ,i lost my voice for two days,now it s coming back,a few not so bad fevers,and today a slight headache and coughing up greenish stuff ,the first time I coughed something up had a touch of blood in it,the rest are just greenish looking no blood in it,when I am able to cough up stuff my voice comes back a lil bit,so what is it ? And does it mean it is breaking up now and going away?

Hi,

You seem to have allergy with secondary bacterial infection of respiratory tract. It need a detailed physical examination by your physician followed by needful investigations like CBC, X-ray chest, culture and sensitivity of sputum as per need. This would be followed by prescription of suitable antibiotic with anti-allergic pills and other needful drugs. Till then, for your head ache, you can take paracetamol 500 mg over the counter after food. Take vapor inhalation to clear your sinuses.
