Suggest Treatment For Headaches And Vertigo

Are you familiar with SSPE? My mother , 81, had a severe case of measles as a young child with a high temp and extended hospital stay. At age 25, she again contracted measles. She now experiences frequent muscle tremors, daily headaches, vertigo, RLS, pain and weakness behind her right eye and back of her head on the right side. She has been to many Dr s with no verifiable diagnosis and no real relief from her symptoms. SSPE showed up in my research. Any ideas?
