Suggest Treatment For Headaches Bloating And Cramps

Hello I had my period a week ago it came dead on but it wasn t like usual it was light pink and watery the it got really dark but nothing too heavy like it usually is and it lasted longer im usually 5 days and this was 7. I ve had strange headache, bloating, heartburn, lower cramps around my pant line, pain next to my belly button when I moved and a dull ache in my lower back and just really achy all over. I ve also been gassy and little constipated which again isn t like me. I ve also have not been able to sleep till around 4 in the morning but I could sleep all day! and I m getting really conffussd with what is happening im only 19 and not on any birth control? Does this sound right?
