Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I suggest you to consult a neurologist who would suggest CT scan to rule out pituitary adenoma or other pathological conditions. Get your blood pressure checked. Hypertension could be a cause of your symptoms too.

Behavioural changes and memory loss could be attributed to your age but what is to be worried about is blurring of vision and cluster headaches. Starting up with antihypertensive drugs might ease your symptoms. Consult a physician first as soon as possible , if required he would refer you to a neurologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Deepti Shivakumar
