Suggest Treatment For Headaches, Dizziness And Nausea

I have had a headache for 8 days now. It isn t super severe, but it definitely causes a lot of pain. My symptoms are: extreme tiredness, right eye twitching, and eye pain. It started after I was swinging on a rope swing and got very, very dizzy & nauseous. I don t know if that ended up causingy headache or not. Overall, I m very healthy and NEVER get headaches, so this is strange. Thank you for your help.

Hi there.

This could be due to vital overconfident and allergic reaction. Keep well hydrated. Take Tablet Cetrizine 10mg at night. Take pain killer Tablet Ibuprofen 200mg twice a day. Show to your Doctor immediately.
