Hi,
The problems are
headaches,
joint pains, racing heart, infection on chin,
fatigue,
dizziness and hair loss.
The most probable causes I can think about after reading the whole history are as follows:
General infection like Typhoid can cause all such symptoms that you have mentioned.
Thyroid related problems.
Changing
hormonal levels with advancing age needs to be kept in mind.
Hence I would advise you the following:
Consult a Doctor who can listen to your side of story, history well as detailed history is very important in clinical diagnosis, then a proper clinical evaluation, examination and relevant investigations as per these findings can help get a proper cause.
Get the blood tests for CBC, sugar, typhoid, liver, kidney and other functions.
These will help to the causes of most of the problems and thus may help to get a cure for all your problems.
Till then you can certainly have a symptomatic and supportive treatment in the form of
Paracetamol, Multivitamins and minerals with trace elements.
You will need a course of an antibiotic.
Ans an opinion of a Cardiologist for heart related problems which in itself can be an independent problem.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
