Suggest Treatment For Headaches, Nausea And Hot Flushes

Yes, 68 post menopausal female. Headaches all day and night, nausea all day and night, hot sweats that come in waves throughout day and night. Any thoughts? MRI show possible white matter lesions. Taking Tramadol and over counter Ibuprofrin, or Tylenol for pian to little effect. Nausea RX and beta blocker only helps a little if at all. Blood work is in progress. General feeling of being in a weakened state and just sick .... Not myself. Please, any ideas or possible areas to investigate would be most helpful. Thank you!

Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to the postmenopausal condition. I see that you are already taking anti-inflammatory medications without effects.

I recommend taking estrogen pills. This medication is a female hormone.

It is used by women to help reduce symptoms of menopause (such as hot flashes, vaginal dryness). These symptoms are caused by the body making less estrogen.
