Suggest Treatment For Headaches

Hi, I have had headaches the past week, and I believe they are from drinking less water than I usually do (as I noticed that I had been drinking less). The past 4 days I have been drinking 3 litres a day and still have symptoms.. Is this normal? If so, how long before my headaches disappear?

Hello,

I had gone through the case and found that there might be many cause of headache like dehydration, weak eye sight, stress, hypertension and insomnia etc.

So go for vision test and blood pressure also. After getting the proper diagnosis take proper treatment.

Hope my answer will be effective for you.
