Suggest Treatment For Headaches

i ve been having headaches, mostly tension headaches in back of neck for weeks on and off now..With that I ve been having feeling of someone poking me in areas of the chest, not necessarily in the heart area...Feels like a nerve thing maybe near my lungs. Could it all be a virus?
