General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your symptoms might be due to Tension headache or Classic Migraine. Migraine headache present with Nausea, vomiting, stomach upset which gives you acidity feel. Also dizziness & pain radiating to tip of the fingers, tingling, pale skin etc. can be seen.

I advise you to:
1. Take Analgesics like Naproxen / paracetamol & Triptans should be taken early before vomiting sets in.
2. Tab. Ergotamine + Caffeine
3. Neck massage, relaxation and YOGA
4.Have Caffeine drinks
5. Avoid exposure to light, noise etc.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Yogapriya Vasudevan, General & Family Physician
