Suggest Treatment For Headaches,cramps And Mood Swing During Pregnancy

hi im 31 weeks pregnant and im going through a lot of stress. Im not sure what to do. My in laws are putting pressures on me and forcing me to work when im pregnant. They come round to my flat every day telling me to find a job. Its not fair on me and my husband. It causes me and my husband to argue. Im getting very tired, bad dreams every night, headaches, stomach cramps, very bad vomiting and also feeling very emotional every day. I feel like my life is ruined atm. I need to advise. please help me . I want to enjoy my pregnancy as much as i can but I cant because of my in laws presurring me and putting me down all the time.

I do empathize your situation.

You have spelt out the reason for all your symptoms yourself. You have to get rid of mental stress. I would advise you to seek the help from two professionals:

1. Get help from a counsellor who will try to help stabilizing your mental tranquility.

2. You may seek for the legal assistance if there is harassment from the relatives.

If you can ignore certain things in the life, probably your life will be happier and stress free.

Mean while please do not forget to take proper balanced diet, iron and folic acid tablets, calcium support and immunization to be taken during pregnancy. Have your blood and urine examined regularly. Register yourself to a good maternity home where you can open out yourself with the counsellor. Now a days, in most of the maternity homes, counsellors services are available.
