1. Get help from a counsellor who will try to help stabilizing your mental tranquility.
2. You may seek for the legal assistance if there is harassment from the relatives.
If you can ignore certain things in the life, probably your life will be happier and stress free.
Mean while please do not forget to take proper balanced diet, iron and
folic acid tablets, calcium support and
immunization to be taken during
pregnancy. Have your blood and urine examined regularly. Register yourself to a good maternity home where you can open out yourself with the counsellor. Now a days, in most of the maternity homes, counsellors services are available.
