Suggest Treatment For Headaches,dizziness And Fainting

I suffer from lots of headaches and sharp pains in my head when I stand up or sometimes when I yawn. Today, I had most of the symptoms of fainting but did not lose conscience, It made me very dizzy, light headed and felt abit sick for around 2 minutes. However, I loud, high pitch noise was in my ears for around 5-10 minutes. That s the first time i have ever suffered from something like that before, but my headaches etc.. I have had for a long time. Is something up with me and is there any treatment?
