Suggest Treatment For Headache,wax In Ears,nausea And Dizziness

hi, 53 year old, had an MVD eleven years ago, get headaches in that area since, always had a bad wax problem in my ear and regularly have them syringed, had it done three weeks ago. these last ten days or so, i have been feeling slightly nauseous and light headed. it is continous from when i awake in the morning....

Hi Dear ,

Welcome to HCM,

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have headache,wax in ears,nausea and dizziness. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, inflammation within the inner ear sometimes due to infection, side effects of certain medications and ear wax, meniere's disease , sinusitis and migraines . Sometimes condition like stroke also give such symptoms . For now take steam thrice a day ,avoid bending forward, take proper rest and drink green tea with ginger thrice a day. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination . Doctor may order test like rotatory chair test , posturography , blood test and CT scan . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics along with antiemetic drug , decongestant and expectorant. Apply warm compresses on external ear and take steam several times a day .
