Suggest Treatment For Heal Joint Pain And Stiffness In Shoulders

I am having a rightheal joint pain since fourmonths, I took x-ray nothing is found dis order, I could not put my body weight on right foot. Then I could get some oil message which have improved to some extent. Is is because of failure nerves system/ similarly I had stiffnes in my right shoulder 2 years back with some exercise I could come out of that problem.
