You are 19 years old and have complaints of severe pain on left side of face, head, neck and ears. The face develop tightness and and you feel really warm there. Such symptoms are not the classical features of stroke. Such symptoms can occur due to some neuropathic pain like Trigeminal neuralgia but involvement of head, neck grossly rules out the condition. Such symptoms may occur due to seizure discharge but detailed evolution is required to make proper diagnosis. Other possibility is due to some anxiety disorder. Symptoms like stiffness, pain may occur due to anxiety.
I would advise you to visit a psychiatrist for proper evaluation of symptoms and to make proper diagnosis.
Thanks, hope this helps you.
