Suggest Treatment For Hearing A Noise In Right Ear

I hear a noise in my right ear that reminds me of a very fast ticking car engine but it s duller. I ve had it for several days, sometimes it goes in the morning, but I ve had it all the time the last couple of days. I can t hear it when I block my ear. I m fine otherwise.

there can be many reasons for you hearing the sound including a swelling of your nerves or mass in your hearing pathway. i would like you to meet your ent doctor to find out the cause for the noise and treat you accordingly. please dont ignore it and meet your doctor soon.
