Suggest Treatment For Hearing Impairment

Dear Doctor,My Son doesn't take the command, i have consulted to a psychiatrist & i myself have confirmed to a doctor that there is no problems to his ears but post observing him sharply, i have to speak little louder to make him realise that i am speaking something, pls suggest wht shuld i be doing.

Hi, thanks for your query. In my opinion, your son needs detailed ent examination and audiological testing like audiometry , tympanometry, bera, OAE detect the cause of hearing or his malingering.
I would advise you to consult an ent specialist and get him clinically evaluated.
There is no over the counter drugs to improve his hearing until unless he has wax which needs to be removed by the specialist.
