General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Bilateral hearing loss, tinnitus, dizziness, unconsciousness and drowsiness can be due to the following reasons:
- CP angle tumor
- Problems related to vestibulocochlear apparatus like inflammation post typhoid, any other general disease like viral fever in the past
- Hypertension causing vascular loops around important nerves.

Hence I would advise you the following:
* Get a consultation of another ENT surgeon as second opinion
* MRI plus CT scan of the suspected areas to confirm or rule out any of the above or other reasons suspected by your doctors

One the cause is confirmed there are 2 types of management.
- Medical line of treatment
- Surgery if the cause can be found and surgically treatable

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
