Suggest Treatment For Hearing Loss

HI Doctor i have hearing problem last 1.5 year. I have treated it so much in delhi s top hospitals but there is no satisfactory solution provided for me. Some doctor s says that you have SNHL or Conductive Hearing Loss. So of them told me that you some sinus problem thats why i am very confused.

hello,thanks for your query, in my opinion , in case of nerve deafness( sensori neural hearing loss) or mixed loss( both conductive+ sensorineural loss) surgery will not help,hearing aid is the choice.in case of conductive loss,surgery or medications will fail due to associated with sinus or nasal septum deviation. for that you need to undergo sinus disease first , followed by ear surgery. hope I have answered your query, all the best. take care.
