Hi Before 3 months suddenly I feel dizziness and my left ear is closed. After that I am not able to hear from left ear. Doctor told me that this is permanent deafness. And because of virus infection my nerve got damaged. So is there any way to cure sensorineural hearing loss

First and foremost thing is to get an audiometry done. If it shows sensory neural deafness, then how much it is.....if it profound or severe then u need cochlear implant in that ear otherwise a good quality hearing aid will suffice.
But yes they are for augmenting your hearing and nerve deafness cannot be reversed by this
