I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You need examination to confirm whether you have any kind of deafness or not. If you have any deafness then whether it is conductive deafness or sensory neural problem then you need treatment accordingly. All this required examination so consult your ENT surgeon and take treatment accordingly.
