i have trouble hearing myself talk when its loud and i cant tell how close something is to my ear. its hard to explain. its been like this since mid-march. i havent had earwax for months. i clean my ears every week. ive visited the doctor 3 times and he said its bc i have a cold and itll go away in less than a month and prescribed me a nasal spray. my ears are still tye same, he said i dont have an ear infection. im scared im loosing my hearing. i put my music on full volume sometimes.

my dear, going from what you have said its could be a result of cold which results in the swelling of mucosa of Eustachian tube resulting in blockage of ears and hearing problem as described by you, the nasal spray decongestant and anti-allergics can help with steam inhalation, a tympanometery
