Hello,

The symptoms you are experiencing are not much significant for bowel cancer. You may need to change your diet using more fibers, fruit and vegetables. Also increase the water intake.

The constipation also can cause the bloating. You may need to use antiacids such Pepto-Bismol or maalox for heartburn. Also remember to eat at least 3 hours before sleep and use pillows to keep head elevated.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka , General & Family Physician
