Went to a iridologist naturopath everything she told me was right without saying anything I ve got an enlarge heart and liver have a sore throat and cough was to cut out wheat and dairy because I ve got mucus build up in my chest and have a pocket in my bladder lining that makes me fell like a full bladder all the time what can I do

I advise you to have a baseline 2 dimensional echocardiography,ECG and lipid profile to assess the basic cardiac reserve of your heart.Restrict the intake of salt to less than 6g/day.Regular physical exercise in the form of brisk walk for 20 min a day for 5 days a week is pretty useful.Drugs like antihypertensives and antiarrhythmics will help.Reduce the intake of fatty and fried food.One pomegranate a day will help to keep your heart at good pace without clot formation and bladder infection.
