Suggest Treatment For Heart Palpitations And Sharp Chest Pain After Discontinuing Marijuana

I m 20 yrs. old and I just stop smoking pot. When I use to smoke pot I use to feel a heaviness in my chest & my heart beat so fast like Im about to pass with a heart attack. I have little sharp pains & I have been very stressed lately also. After I stop smoking pot it still does it, I can be sitting down & it beats fast and sometimes i have sharp pains to that last about just a second. This is scaring me.

Your symptoms could be suggestive of anxiety. Nevertheless, I recommend going to the ER for a physical exam, a resting ECG and myocardial enzyme levels.
