Regarding your concern, I would explain that it is necessary to perform a differential diagnosis for your recent complains: Is it a cardiac ischemia (though it doesn t seem too much to be a cardiac disorders)? An acute pulmonary disorder? An abnormal neurological condition? Or something else?!! I recommend you to ask medical asistance to the nearest ER service to rule out/in seriuos health conditions. A careful physical examination, coupled with a resting ECG, some lab tests (complete blood count, PCR, including cardiac enzymes), a chest X ray film, eventually a cardiac ultrasound, a cervical&thoracal thoracic X ray film, etc are necessary to identify etiological reason of your complains.
