Suggest Treatment For Heart Palpitations When Diagnosed With Low BP And Anemia

hi,i am a 27 year old female,i was diagnosed with low blood pressure and aneamia about 9 years ago,over the years i have done research to understand my condition,i also experienced heart palpitations on and off until about 2 months ago when it became regular. i would get it everyday a few times a day then it stopped and 2 months later it came back. when i get heart palpitations i do feel out of breathe,the pharmacist has given me pur blocka,i have also used akrinor,folic acid and ferofol. i am planning on visiting a doctor but what could this be?
