Suggest Treatment For Heart Palpitations With Headache
I am experiencing heart palpitations . This has happened most of my life on and off but the last 2 days they haven t stopped. There is some heaviness and when it happens I get a sudden headache but it goes away when they stop. Do I need to see my dr ?

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have heart palpitations with headache . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like middle ear infection , atrial fibrillation , labyrinthitis , anxiety disorder , diabetes, type 2 or excessive caffeine use . I would suggest you to consult cardiologist for proper examination . Doctor may order ECG , TMT, complete blood profile and check vitals . Doctor may also order angiography . Doctor may prescribe sedatives , betablockers , diuretics or may recommend pacemaker . Doctor may also refer you to ENT specialist for ear problem . For now keep yourself calm , take proper rest and take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain .
