Suggest Treatment For Heart Palpitations

I have been taking 50mg of luvox each morning for over two years----suddenly in the last few days I am getting heart palpitations by late afternoon---could this be related to my daily dose of luvox suddenly being too much or not enough I am currently under a lot of stress but the symptoms have been occurring each evening---and are gone again by morning.....

Heart palpitations in your case needs aggressive investigative protocol,before instituting specific therapy.Lunox works well in your case.
I advise you to have a baseline 2 dimensional echocardiography,ECG and lipid profile to assess the basic cardiac reserve of your heart.Restrict the intake of salt to less than 6g/day.Regular physical exercise in the form of brisk walk for 20 min a day for 5 days a week is pretty useful.Drugs like antihypertensives and antiarrhythmics will help.Stress management is vital in your case.Drugs like Alprazoalm are needed to control palpitations.Reduce the intake of fatty and fried food. Consult a Cardiologist for further expert management.Post your further queries if any.
