Suggest Treatment For Heart Palpitations
Just worried i have a heart condition. Occassionally I get palpitations and faint suddenly but re-gain consciousness shortly after collapsing. Sometimes faint when passing urine whiles my heart is palpitations I experience shortness of breath and the then pass out for like a minute.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the palpitation and it is associated with history of syncope or like that then it needs cardiac evaluation study that includes ECHO, EKG, and others hope this information helps.
