I have been experiencing heart palpation sweating ocular migrants only on left side had abnormal EKG x2 but normal echo. I have extreme fatigue, dizzy spells when the sweating comes on. I have been told I have low blood pressure but I m still in normal range just in lower part of range. Palpation come on at random times can not find a pattern. Doctor is not sure what it is has suggested low BP told to drink more water and to eat more salt. Had thyroid checked last year in November came back normal any ideas as to what this could be?
