Suggest Treatment For Heart Problem

i am a heart petient. my one ven is totally blocked and2nd one is 50% I am taking following tables
concer 2.5 & ascard 75 mg in the morning and lepget 40 mg in the night. When I do fasting I am taking all the tablets in the night after taking dinner. I am 41 years old.
