Hello,

I read your message and understood your medical problem.

Let me summarize your symptoms.

- Yesterday you had your heart ached (makes me think of heartburn?)
- Today: headache, dizziness

Meat is hard to digest. Juices may be a kind of acidic depending on the fruit and raise the acidic content inside the stomach. Also, stress and strong emotions contribute in gastric reflux and cause heartburn.

It is quite common for gastric reflux to cause headaches and dizziness as well. This does not mean you have GERD. Reflux happen to all people when they eat some foods or are stressed.

My advice for you is to make some diet changes. Eat small proportions and often throughout the day. Avoid food that can be acidic and try not to get stressed.

It is not said that your previous heartburn and your actual headache are related. Your headache may be due to a moment of tension or any other cause.

Take over the counter drugs for your headache (e.g. paracetamol). If your symptoms do not disappear see a doctor.

Hope this was helpful
