Suggest Treatment For Heartburn, Fever And Diarrhea
I m a 58 year old male,and have been feeling sick for last 24 hours. Symptoms include bloated feeling with nauseousness in stomach,heartburn,headache with low grade fever.My face get flush..red color and warm. I ve had occasional diarrhea,and fatigue. As of now I m not feeling any better. I ve barely eaten today,and thought whatever this is it would go away as quick as it came.

It could be due to severe gastritis.
As a first line management you can take drugs like omeprazole or pantoprazole for symptomatic relief.
If symptoms persists better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
