Yes ,so I had a tubal done back in 2009 , I ve been having heart burn , nausa, bad cramps & back pain , I had my menstrual but it seemed a little off it was black & very heavy then lighten up & get heavy again , it was unlike what I m use to , do you think i could be pregnant

It could be a bout of gastritis. As first-line management, you can take antacids like omeprazole or pantoprazole for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persist better to consult a gastroenterologist and get evaluated.
