Suggest Treatment For Heaviness In Chest And Sinus Problem
I am 32 y/o female, non-smoker. I do have anxiety issues from time to time but it s still kind of new to me so I freak out a little when some things happen.. I am having some sinus issues currently, swelling in my ankles (I m overweight & sit at a desk all day, though trying the last few weeks to move more) which I have seen my doctor for, but now my lungs are feeling heavy off and on. I can take a full deep breath if I concentrate, but just regular deep breaths aren t going all the way down, just the tops of my lungs. My father died from his asthma but I don t feel I m having attacks like her did.. so what is going on??
Since when your smoking? You may be suffering from acute COPD or acute bronchitis. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Use tablet deriphylline twice a day for five days. Use water vapour inhalation thrice a day for five days. Use hot water for drinking. Avoid spicy food and alcohol. Avoid smoking. If symptoms not improved please consult with your pulmonologist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
