General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

The commonest causes for your symptoms can be one of the following:
- Persistence of feeling of fluid in ear even after syringing the ear indicates fluid in the middle ear behind the ear drum, most probably secondary to nose or sinus infection.
I would advise you the following:
Consult your ENT again.
Endoscopy will show the cause of symptoms.
You will be prescribed antihistamine, anti-inflammatory and oral steroid if required.
Till then stop using any ear drops.
Use Otrivin nasal drops as nasal decongestant,
Steam inhalation.
Do not blow nose.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
