Suggest Treatment For Heaviness In Legs

My leg feels heavy, sometimes when getting out of the motor car I have to lift my leg as it feels so heavy it will not move. In bed at night my leg can ach so badly that it prevents me from sleeping. I have found in bed if I rest my lower leg on a pillow I get some relief.
